kitcod.es provides an informational tool that helps users identify football kits based on product codes. The Service is intended as an aid in understanding what a product code corresponds to, not as a definitive authentication or guarantee of authenticity.
While we strive to keep the database accurate and up to date, kitcod.es does not guarantee that results are complete, error-free, or definitive. Product codes may be reused, misapplied, altered, or copied by third parties. A matching result does not guarantee authenticity, and a missing result does not automatically imply a fake.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided by the Service. We strongly encourage users to verify kits using multiple indicators, including physical inspection, seller reputation, and trusted external references.
Users may submit feedback, suggestions, or corrections to help improve the database. By submitting information, you grant Kitcodes the right to review, store, and use that information to improve the Service. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify submissions at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to scrape, extract, reverse-engineer, or mass-harvest data from kitcod.es. Any activity intended to undermine the integrity of the database or facilitate counterfeiting is strictly prohibited.
All content, branding, documentation, and original database structure on kitcod.es are the intellectual property of Kitcodes unless otherwise stated. Football club names, brand names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, retailers, or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing them is done at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitcodes shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions, financial loss, or reliance on verification results.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
